These bright apartments are in a small, renovated building. They are right
by the cathedral. You stay in a very central location, just a stone's throw
away from Plaça de Catalunya, and within walking distance of most of what
Barcelona has to offer. From 15 March 2013 there will be a wonderful,
furnished sun terrace, which you share with the other tenants. This is a
great place to relax and recharge your batteries after walking around the
city or after a day's shopping. These apartments are very popular, so we
recommend early booking. The apartment is privately owned and is in a
normal apartment block. This means that you do not receive the traditional
reception service that you would expect at an apartment hotel, for example.
There is a communal roof terrace you can use and you will find the key
inside the apartment. When you receive your travel documents, you will also
receive all the instructions about contact people, picking up your key and
services when you are there. Apartment E-010494 sleeps 2-5 people. This is
a great place to stay if there are a lot of you! ### Location In the heart
of all the action. ### Your accommodation Modern furniture and a
well-equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. The apartments are located on floors
2-4. There is no lift. Compulsory final cleaning charge (EUR 30 for 3
nights and EUR 60 for 4 nights or more) payable directly to the leasing
company, Avenida, in Barcelona, at least 2 weeks before your departure. For
more information, please refer to your travel documents. The cleaning fee
is included from 1 November 2014. Air conditioning, Heating., TV.,
Internet, oven, micro wave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine,
hairdryer, ironing board, iron, shower, bath tub/shower and wc. ### No
step-free access Not all areas in the apartment block have step-free
access. Barcelona is quite hilly, with high pavements and cobbled streets.
