**Residence Cherie** is located in a quiet residential area, about 150 metres from the sandy beaches in Borgio Verezzi, a coastal area between Finale Ligure and Pietra Ligure. The town centre, with restaurants and shops, can be reached with a pleasant 10-minute walk. The train station is about 350 metres away. Genoa airport is about 75 km away.

This family-run residence consists of a single building arranged over three floors.
The reception is open at set times. Late check-in must be reported in advance.

Common facilities include a common room, an elevator, a playground, a coin-operated laundry area (not included in the rate).

It also features a small garden and a pool with a solarium.

The partner lido, with sandy beach, can be reached on foot and is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, not included in the rate.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas and in all apartments, while use of the private garage is not included in the rate. There is also a free car park, on request and subject to availability.

Residence Cherie has 40 apartments, including:
-Studio Apartments: an open space 18 to 21sqm large, with a double sofa bed and two extra pull-out beds, a balcony or a terrace
-One-bedroom Apartments: 35 to 40sqm large, they consist of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom plus an extra bed, a balcony or a terrace

All apartments have bathrooms with shower or a bathtub and hair dryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and safe. Air conditioning is available at an additional cost.

One of the apartments is specially equipped for people with disabilities.
