The hotel is situated in the centre of Palm Boulevard directly opposite the Gateway Theatre of Shopping on Umhlanga Ridge, which is the largest shopping complex in the southern hemisphere with upmarket retail outlets including banks, shops, entertainment, cinemas, and a hotel and conference centre.
