CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S 2024/2025: All bookings between 23rd December and 2nd January are NON-REFUNDABLE and are subject to a 10 night minimum stay. Payment will be processed within 72 hours of booking and if the card cannot be charged then your booking will be cancelled.
Please also note that our reception will be closed to arrival and departures between 23rd December and 2nd January: no check-ins or outs will be allowed during this time. If your booking contains a check in/out scheduled for those dates then it will be subject to immediate cancellation.

We do not accept bookings of 8 or more people.
All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay.

The property cannot accept guests under the age of 18 and over the age of 35 years.

Please note you may experience noise disturbances, on some evenings, from evening entertainment and parties organised by the property.
