This property is set over 2 acres of tropical gardens with an animal rehabilitation farm, picnic areas, hot pools, a butterfly farm and a canopy walkway overlooking the forests. Guests will find Kipungit Waterfall about 1 km away and it is some 2 km to the bat cave. The accommodation is situated on the edge of Kinabalu Park by the River Mamut and is roughly 3 hours from Kota Kinabalu. Kota Kinabalu International Airport lies approximately 130 km from the property.
