Remind to let us know in advance if you will not be able to present yourself at the check-in on the scheduled day of arrival. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the availability of accommodation, since the apartment will be released and the amount paid for your reservation will not be refunded. Please note that you will stay in a rented apartment. At the time of check-in the amount of 200EUR be paid or block on your credit card as a deposit or security deposit which will be returned on the day of check-out if the apartment has been left in the Dwellings conditions found.
