The apartment is housed in a residence, about 200 metres from "Centro Ippico Chirone", with a riding centre, a semi-Olympic pool, a restaurant and a pizzeria.

Mondello beach can be reached by free shuttle service. The shuttle bus stop is located a 15 minute walk from the villa, while the bust stop (price not included) to the beach can be reached with a 5 minute walk.
