Discover the Multicultural Transylvania! Romanians, Saxons, Austrians: blending their history their costumes and traditions. This full day tour leads you through the villages surrounding Sibiu city, in order to discover the multicultural face of Transylvania: the visit of Cristian village will present you the Landlers from Austria, but also will impress you with its fortified church.
Discover the Multicultural Transylvania! Romanians, Saxons, Austrians: blending their history their costumes and traditions. This full day tour leads you through the villages surrounding Sibiu city, in order to discover the multicultural face of Transylvania: the visit of Cristian village will present you the Landlers from Austria, but also will impress you with its fortified church.
In Sibiel village we will interact with the traditional Romanian community, a real guardian of our traditions and costumes. After a walk through the village, a peasant family invites us to taste Romanian specialties in a traditional lunch. After we take our way to discover the Saxon communities of Transylvania, by visiting Cisnadie with its beautiful fortified church and Cisnadioara village with its ancient fortress on the hill.
