Program

Day 1: Queenstown
Arrival in Queenstown and private transfer with Italian speaking driver-guide.
Overnight in Queenstown.

Day 2: Queenstown
Full day tour to Milford Sounds including Cruise and pick nick lunch included (Italian guide).
Milford Sound / Piopiotahi is a fiord in the southwest of New Zealand's South Island, within Fiordland National Park, Piopiotahi (Milford Sound) Marine Reserve, and the Te Wahipounamu World Heritage site. It has been judged the world's top travel destination in an international survey (the 2008 Travelers' Choice Destinations Awards by TripAdvisor) and is acclaimed as New Zealand's most famous tourist destination. Rudyard Kipling had previously called it the eighth Wonder of the World.
Your cruise is booked with departure at 1.00 pm from Milford Sound Visitor Centre, Milford Sound and it will return at approx. 240pm.
Your day will end at your hotel in time for dinner.

Day 3: Queenstown
Morning at leisure in Queenstown.
Afternoon half-day tour SAFARI OF THE SCENES
An adventure safari packed with breathtaking scenery, discovering LOTR filming locations.
Return at your hotel around 5 pm.

Day 4: Queenstown
Morning at leisure or time for a morning cruise to Walter Peak. (English only - OPTIONAL)
The inclusion is: Scenic Cruise, Interpretation handouts in English, German, Chinese, Korean, Japanese & Thai
Walking tour of the Walter Peak farmyard, Country style morning or afternoon tea, BBQ lunch
Departs: 12.00pm Returns: 3.30pm
A return scenic cruise from Queenstown Bay, across stunning Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High Country Farm on our vintage steamship TSS Earnslaw, a farm tour and a delicious BBQ Lunch served on the sunny courtyard.

Enjoy a unique dining experience at Walter Peak where the menu showcases food and wine from the wider Central Otago region. Chefs prepare a tasty selection of meats on the outdoor grill, while fresh, seasonal salads and vegetables are available from the dining area of the Colonel’s Homestead. Top off lunch with a selection of delicious sweet treats and local cheeses.

Before or after lunch, the rural demonstrator will give guests an insight into life in the New Zealand high country by providing an entertaining farm show including working sheepdogs and sheep shearing.

Please note: Passengers are welcome to stay on at Walter Peak and connect with the next TSS Earnslaw sailing to Queenstown (2 hours later).

Skyline Gondola: A scenic Gondala cableway that travels from Queenstown to Bob’s Peak.
Restaurant: Enjoy a buffet dinner or lunch whilst admiring the spectacular view.

Day 5: Queenstown onward
Today you will be collected by your Italian Speaking guide and you will be transferred to Queenstown airport by a private transfer from Queenstown Hotel to Queenstown Airport. (Italian).
