Program

Day 1: Arrival in Dubrovnik / Podgorica - Kolasin
Flight to Dubrovnik / Podgorica. Transfer to our hotel in Kolasin with a photo stop at the Moraca Canyon.

Day 2: Kolasin - Pec - Prishtina - Skopje
In the morning we will leave Montenegro for Kosovo. We will visit the patriarchal church in Pec. Walk around the city in Prishtina. We will cross the Macedonian border and arrive in the capital Skopje in the afternoon. At night a traditional dinner with music awaits us.

Day 3: Day: Skopje - Mavrovo - Ohrid
A tour of the Macedonian capital is the first thing on today's program. We will see the old town with the Kale fortress, the Saint Spas church and the Grand Bazaar, as well as the new part of the city with the fountain of Alexander the Great and the memorial house of Mother Teresa. Then we go to Tetovo and the Mavrovo National Park. Unique nature and the highest mountains in Macedonia are waiting for us. Afterwards, we will visit the Saint Jovan Bigorski monastery, before arriving at our hotel in Ohrid in the afternoon.

Day 4: Ohrid
We will start the day touring the center of this UNESCO-protected city, then we will take a boat trip to the Kaneo Church, probably the most famous photo spot in Macedonia. From here we will explore the city on foot and get to know some of the 365 churches, as well as the fortress of King Samuel. Then some free time to walk around and then return to our hotel.

Day 5: Ohrid - Berat - Tirana
After breakfast, we will transfer from Ohrid to the Albanian border. We will arrive at the UNESCO city Berat, also called the city of 1000 windows. With our guide we will explore the highlights of the architecture. Then we will continue to the port of Durres and the city with the ancient Roman theater. Continuation to the hotel in Tirana.

Day 6: Tirana - Shkoder - Skadar Lake
After breakfast, we will discover the Albanian capital, Tirana. After the city tour, we will head north with a photo stop in Kruja. Continuation to Shkoder, the largest city in northern Albania. Then we will pass the border with Montenegro, the land of the Black Mountains and continue towards the largest lake in the Balkans, Lake Skadar. There we will take a boat to enjoy the spectacular nature and the "Alkatraz" of Montenegro, an abandoned prison island. In the afternoon we will arrive at our hotel in Podgorica.

Day 7: Podgorica - Cetinje - Njegusi - Kotor - Perast
In the morning we will leave our hotel to enjoy the view of the mountains of Montenegro on one of the most spectacular roads in the country. Finally we arrive at the old capital of the country, Cetinje. The buildings of the former embassy still tell the story of the metropolis of a state that was once considered the poorest kingdom in Europe. The visit to the famous monastery is included in the day's program, as well as the National Museum. Then we will continue to the Njegusi village. Here we can enjoy a tasting of the famous cured ham. In the afternoon, the next highlight of the trip, after an impressive descent we will reach Kotor. We visit St. Trifun Cathedral, then boat ride through the Bay of Kotor to the monastery island at Our Lady of the Rocks, then to Perast. Agui awaits us our bus. Return to our hotel in Podgorica.

Day 8: Transfer to the airport
