Building located on Villarroel street, in the central Eixample district, and a 15-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia, next to the Hospital Clínic metro station. Barcelona Sants AVE train station can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot or a short metro ride. It has 15 apartments with capacity for 4 or 5 people. They feature modern décor and offer free Wi-Fi throughout. Barcelona Apartment Villarroel has deluxe and executive 2-bedroom apartments. They all have a living-dining area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. *For stays of 6 or more nights, a general cleaning of the apartment is included. The last day the kitchen must be left completely tidy. *Only 2 apartments per reservation/locator. From 3 reserved apartments, it is considered as a group with different cancellation conditions. *ON THE DAY OF ENTRY A DEPOSIT 350€ WILL BE CHARGED AS A GUARANTEE FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGE. *The registration and delivery of keys is at Calle Muntaner 60, from 10:00 a. m. to 01:00 a. m. in the morning. Checkin at apartment is at 15:00h.

You'll be centrally located in Barcelona with a stay at Villarroel Apartments Barcelona, steps from Hospital Clinic and close to Casa Batllo. This apartment is close to Palau de la Musica Catalana and Sagrada Familia. just a ten minute-walk from the high-speed Sants Railway Station and 15 minutes from the Avinguda Diagonal shopping area.

Rooms are equipped with bathroom, A/C, kitchen with full-sized refrigerators/freezers and microwaves, Complimentary wireless Internet access, satellite TV, safe and separate sitting areas.
