A surcharge of Eur 20 applies for arrivals outside from 19:00- 22:00. For arrivals from 22:00- 07:00 a surcharge of Eur 40 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

For bookings longer than 20 days, electricity and gas costs are included in the price up to a maximum of EUR 70.00 per month.

For bookings longer than 30 days, the signing and registration of a rental contract is also required. All foreign nationals, therefore, must have or be in possession of an Italian tax code.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
