A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Late check-in between 20:00 and midnight: you can pick up the keys for free at the owner's house nearby. Otherwise, there is a fee:
Check-out before 8:00 : 30€
Check-out before 6:00 : 50€
Check-in after 20:00 and before 22:00 : 30€
Check-in between 22:00 and midnight : 45€
Check-in after midnight : 50€

An end-of-stay cleaning option is available for EUR 38. This request must be done 1 week before arrival and is subject to approval from the property.

Bed linen is not provided from October to June, but can be rented on site at a EUR 10 extra cost per bed per stay. Towels are not provided but can be rented on site.

Heating costs are not included. It is about EUR 10-15 per week.

From October to May, a control of water consumption will be carried out. Guests get 2 m3 of water per week for free. EUR 4 is then charged per extra m3 of water used.
