The apartments
Studios and T1 have been carefully designed in order to ensure comfort and functionality, while maintaining the charm and elegance which characterize the surrounding area.
The 28 apartments are spread over 4 floors, serviced by a lift, and
are all equipped with TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. All the bathrooms include a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.

From 28 to 34 m2, the studios sleep 2 people, with double bed and kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and all the utensils required to prepare of light meals.

Superior Studios
From 40 to 58 m2, these can accommodate up to 3 people. They include a double bed and a sofa bed for adults. Kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and all the utensils required to prepare light meals.

T1 Duplex,
With an area of 65 m2 on 2 floors, accommodating up to 4 people, they comprise a living room with double sofa bed, mezzanine suite with double bed and two bathrooms with shower. Kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and all the utensils required to prepare light meals.
