Location

This hotel is situated is a wonderful, central location, close to the Palma Nova (around 250 metres away). The nearest beach lies is just 150 metres from the hotel and countless shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as public transport are all within walking distance of the hotel. The next tourist area is around 5 km from the hotel.

Facilities

These holiday apartments were renovated in 2020. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 3 apartments and 8 studios. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A desk is provided. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. A television with satellite and pay-per-view channels and WiFi are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. The Naika Studios and Apartments are part of the Gabarda complex located in Palma Nova, close to the award winning Palmanova beaches with their restaurants, bars and shops, Only 14 km to the city of Palma, public transport is regular and at just 300 metres from the Naika. Set in its own gardens the Naika is fortunate to be close (less than 200 metres) from the beach but enjoys a tranquil setting.

Services include 24 h reception and check in service at Gabarda hotel (from May-October) Clients can use the hotel facilities such as swimming pool, breakfast option and bar service at Gabarda hotel from May to October.

The apartments and studios are equipped with full bathroom, ceiling fan, living room with sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, equipped kitchenette with ceramic hobs, mircowave, refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster. All apartments and studios have private balcony or terrace. The one-bedroomed apartments have air-conditioning.

Arrivals from November to April: The complex is on self catering basis only and no reception service is available. When booking this apartment please advise estimated time of arrival and flight information. On arrival please go directly to the apartments and press the automatic porter. A member of our personnel will give you the instructions to enter the apartment/studio. In case of emergency please call number: 0034 610 425 822 or 0034 667 436 315 and you will be given instructions for key collection.

From May to October cleaning and change of towels 3 times per week. From November to April cleaning and change of towels once per week.

*The complex is not recommended for families with small children or people with walking difficulties as there are no lifts.
