The hotel is located in the Gulf of Malia, in a distance of 1.5 km from the center of the settlement with the same name, in the most popular touristic destination of Crete. It is also located at a distance of 35 km from the urban center of Heraklion, 7 km from Hersonisos and 25 km from Agios Nikolaos, which assures easy and direct access to the most important transportation infrastructures (airport- port) and to numerous touristic attractions of the area.

The hotel was modernised in 2023. In addition to 15 bungalows, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lifts,made up of a 2-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. Awaiting guests are 177 non-smoking rooms and a junior suite. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.
