This hotel is the reinvention of an historic architectural landmark building in the heart of Midtown. The independent boutique hotel prides itself on delivering a personalised guest experience, not previously seen in Atlanta. The scope of the renovation began with the restoration of the building's facade, a 1924 building whose design is based on Spanish Mediterranean aesthetics. The air-conditioned establishment offers a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, breakfast room, conference facilities and Internet access. A car park and garage are available for additional fees.

The guest rooms were completely refurbished. All comforts are included, such as luxurious custom bedding, iPod docking stations, refrigerators, workstations with enhanced lighting features, en suite bathrooms with curved shower rods and rain showerheads, upgraded bath and vanity products and, new to the property, minibars and snacks.
