Description: Located on a hill overlooking the sea in a panoramic position, about 800 mt from the center of S. Maria di Leuca. The hotel has a main building with a restaurant and main services, semi-detached units with rooms and apartments. It offers self-catering accommodation and hotel rooms. It is far 130 km from Brindisi airport.
Beach: At 8 km from the popular area of the Maldives of Salento, wide stretches of golden sand, overlooking a sea point with gently sloping seabed and clear waters. Guests will be able to reach the area with free shuttle at scheduled times offered by the hotel; they can also book and pay on the spot sun umbrellas and sunbeds at selected beaches. About 1 km free beach or equipped beaches on platforms in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, reachable by shuttle with a fee.

The Two-room 2/4 (40 sqm) have a living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with french bed. The Three-room for 6 (75 sqm), all on the ground floor and have a double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), equipped patio.
