The bungalows are located in the centre of Ubud, 10 minutes' walk from Ubud Palace and close to Ubud's traditional market and Monkey Forest. The hotel is 20 minutes' drive from the beach in Keramas, 10 minutes from Gianyar, half an hour from the elephant safari, and around 50 minutes from the Kuta and Seminyak areas. The hotel is situated about 60 minutes' drive away from Denpasar International Airport.

Built and renovated in 2010, the aparthotel offers 22 comfortable Balinese-style bungalows, and wood and bamboo cottages. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and further facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, hairdressing salon, TV lounge and restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the free wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, and motorbike and bike rental services.

The bungalows feature en suite hot water bathrooms with shower and bathtub, and private verandas overlooking a central garden. The bungalows offer double and twin bed accommodation with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Internet access, a safe, minibar and microwave also feature as standard.

Driving north from Denpasar International Airport, guests should pass through the Sanur region and into Batubulan village. The bungalows are to be found beside the Delta mini market near the Jalan Monkey Forest Ubud.
