The Resort offers complimentary barbeque and entertainment area for guest use and is licensed to sell Beer, Wine and Spirits for consumption on site. There is a heated salt-water pool and Spa Pool presenting an idyllic Billabong scene, FREE undercover car parking, FREE WIFI and on site guest internet station, Guest Laundry and tour desk services all within a secluded, lush rainforest setting.**IMPORTANT; Rooms are only serviced once throughout a 5 night stay, and are not serviced for 4 nights and under. Towels are available at reception, and if daily service is required additional fees apply*** For after hours arrivals keys and maps to rooms are placed in envelopes inside the key safe, which is directly outside reception. The envelope will be clearly marked with the guest name and room number. Guest who are arriving out of hours need to contact The Reef Retreat prior to arrival to obtain the code to the key safe. If this is not possible or guests experience difficulties accessing the key safe they should pick up the phone next to the key safe which will connect with the onsite managers, who will provide assistance.
