The farm is located in a panoramic position in the province of Messina just a short distance from the sea near Capo Calavà, Gioiosa Marea and the ancient Greek colony of Tindari, facing the Aeolian islands. The family-friendly eco-hotel is situated just 5 km from the centre of the town of Patti, where guests will find numerous shops, restaurants, bars, nightspots and links to the public transport network, including a bus and train station. It is also just 5 km from the sea, and the town of Messina is approximately 80 km away. Punta Raisi Airport is the nearest airport to the hotel, approximately 180 km away, and it is around 200 km from Fontanarossa Airport.

This old-fashioned 18th century home, in which the current owners reside, features a large courtyard and is surrounded by old outbuildings (including a stable, haylofts, oil mills and farm buildings) that have been partly renovated and converted into comfortable guest accommodation units. Guests can watch farm activities, all in a warm family atmosphere guaranteed by the warm and welcoming owners. Children and adults can also enjoy meeting the menagerie of animals at the villa, including sheep, pheasants, tortoises, guinea pigs, chickens, rabbits and dogs.
