The hotel is located in a secluded setting on the southern shore of Lake Tahoe in South Lake Tahoe, California. The base lodge of the Heavenly Ski Resort is less than two miles from the resort and the gondola is less than one mile away. Downtown South Tahoe and Zephyr Cove Beach are also a short drive from the hotel.

260 rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.
