This apartment is situated in a desirable residential area in the centre of Barcelona between the Eixample and the old town. It is the perfect tranquil location to stay and enjoy the various attractions found in the centre of the city. The apartment is only a short walk from Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Gaudi's tourist attractions such as La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.

The elegant, comfortable and spacious apartment is set in a neoclassical building. It comprises several spacious bedrooms, and each room has its own bathroom inside. The beds are spacious: single beds are 1.35 m wide whilst double beds are 1.5 m wide. All the rooms are bright and have windows with views either of calle Muntaner, one of the most outstanding streets in the city, or of the quiet inner patio which is characteristic of the architecture in the Eixample area. There is a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking as well as a washing machine so guests feel at home. Here guests can also get tea, coffee or a cool drink, which can be prepared at any time without additional cost. The living room is spacious and comes with satellite/cable TV and a DVD player. The apartment is decorated predominantly in white giving it a feeling of cleanliness, order and comfort.
