The apartments are simply furnished yet comfortable with a view of the surrounding mountains or countryside. Each one includes a dining area with TV and a kitchenette with kettle and microwave.

The swimming pool is open from Easter until late September and is surrounded by sun loungers, tables and chairs. WiFi is available for free throughout the property.

The property features an EV recharge area, so guests can recharge their electric vehicles.

The Segattini Residence provides free parking and is 5 minutes' drive from Riva del Garda town centre. The lakeshore is 3 km away for boat trips across Lake Garda.
