Location

This is a holiday complex situated in the picturesque fishing village of Syvota, in the region of Epirus, in the north-western part of Greece. The azure, uncontaminated waters of the Ionian Sea, flecked with colourful sails, and the long stretches of glittering beaches make it a world of splendour. The centre of Syvota is around 10 minutes' walk away and the nearest beach, Agios Nikolaos, is some 100 m from the hotel. The Acherodas River is around 5 km away. Parga is roughly 3.5 km away, and Nekromanteio is some 4 km away. Ioannina National Airport is some 90 km from the property.
