Several locations Several apartments located in several locations of Oropesa. -Apartments type 2/4: Apartment with dinning-room with double sofa-bed, one double bedroom, equipped kitchen and bathroom. -Apartments type 4/6: Apartment with dinning-room with double sofa-bed, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom. Included in the price: Check-in cleaning, linen (weekly change in reception), TV, washmachine, basic kitchenware and rational use of water, gas and electricity. Towels rent in Apartamentos 3000 reception. Not included in the price: Towels, tableclothes and kitchen towels. Pets are admitted on request with an extra cost and direct payment (6 per day/ 40 per week / 70 fortnight). Cots on request with an extra cost and direct payment of 6 per day. Check in from 17 pm to 20 pm (please ask for other schedule). Check out until 10 am. Extra cost for delayed check in: -Keys delivery until 23:00 pm without extra cost. -Keys delivery from 23:01 until 01:00 with an extra cost of 20 direct payment on arriving. -Keys delivery from 01:00 am with an extra cost of 35 direct payment on arriving. Deposit: Credit card or 150 cash except during FIB week (from the 14th until the 20th of July) that the deposit is of 250. CANCELLATION FEE: Between 8 and 15 days before the arriving day 25% of the total amount of the booking. Between 3 and 7 days before the arriving day 50% of the total amount of the booking. One or two days before the arriving day 75% of the total amount. The last 24h o NO SHOWS 100% of the total amount.
