This hotel is located on one of Helsingborg's main shopping streets, Bruksgatan. It offers luxury beds and free Wi-Fi. Helsingborg Central Station is 3 minutes' walk away. Within 10 minutes’ walk are attractions such as Kärnan, a medieval fortress tower, and the city hall. A terminal for Helsingør ferries lies 250 m away. The hotel is divided into two different buildings; front desk, dining area, 25 hotel rooms and 9 apartments in one of them and 39 hotel rooms and conference areas in the other one. The buildings are right across the street from one another.

Best Western Hotel Duxiana cooperates with the DUX bedding company. All guest rooms have DUX beds, seating areas, work desks and cable TV.
