Guests are required to contact the property with their arrival time at the apartment so a representative can meet and welcome guests. In case of delays, a representative will wait a maximum of 30 minutes after scheduled arrival times. The property requires a minimum of 2 hours' notice to prepare for a meet and greet.

A late check-in after 22:00 is only possible at a surcharge of GBP 50. Please contact the property if you cannot arrive within your scheduled time.
