This farm is located in Cala Llonga, about 3 km from the beach.

Facilities

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, room service, a fax machine, a smoke alarm and a smoking area are available. C'an Toni Xumeu is an estate in Ibiza - Cala Llonga with more than 160,000 m of agricultural land, orchard and pine forest. A payesa house from 1859 which features stockyard for cattle, a place for threshing cereals, orchard with an Arab-style treadmill and a pond called"safareix" for watering it. The house, the stockyard and the place for threshing cereals are located at the highest point of the farm, a hill at more than 150 m above sea level with wonderful views. These have been renovated and conveniently suited in order to properly run an agrotourism that consists of: several comfortable and luxurious junior suites, a suite, a nice bar-restaurant, a large swimming pool with splendid views, reception, private parking, several trails in the mountains for excursions and hiking along where you can visit four old lime kilns and extensive gardens with stunning views over the beaches of Cala Llonga and Salt d'en Serra located at 3 and 1.8 km from the acommodation. The hotel is located 12 km away from the city of Ibiza, 18 km from Ibiza airport, 6.5 km from Sta. Eulalia and 2.5 km from Ibiza golf where our clients have access and the possibility to play.

The house have been reformed and conveniently suited for the installation and operation of an agrotourism that consists of a bar-restaurant, a large swimming pool with splendid views, reception, private parking, several trails in the mountains for excursions and hiking along, gardens with stunning views over the beaches of Cala Llonga and Salt d'en Serra located at 1.5 and 1.8 km of the agroturismo respectively.

All rooms are equipped:

- Junior Suite: 1bedroom with king size bed, leaving room with sofa, bathroom with hairdryer, terrace, private entrance, TV, fridge, A/C, heating, safe, amenities, free Wi-FI, daily cleaning service and equipped terrace
All rooms are different. Client will get the room available, it is not possible to book a specific room.
