The hotel is situated 22 km from Kitzbühel, at the edge of a small Tyrolean village, and is easily accessible from the main road. The free regional bus takes guests through the whole Pillersee Valley. Surrounded by mountains, Fieberbrunn offers a great skiing area and many hiking paths. The hotel is just 15 minutes' walk (or a 3-minute drive) from the town centre and train station.

The holiday village was built in 1187. Guests have a choice of 9 apartments, 15 studios, 5 single rooms and 110 double rooms located in a 5-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings.
