The hotel located by the beach next to the famous Mount Lavinia Hotel built during the colonial times. It is located nearby the Galle (Main) Road. From the hotel guest can enjoy an easy access to shopping malls, banks, super markets or religious places. The hotel is located 8 km away from the capital city Colombo and 30 km from the International Airport. From the Airport it takes about 80 minutes to get to the hotel and from the capital, Colombo, it takes about 15 minutes.||In operation since 1972, it is one of the oldest budget hotels in mount Lavinia, which has been creating memorable holidays for thousands of satisfied visitors from around the world.||The hotel has 32 comfortable, clean, well furnished rooms (with bathrooms) equipped with standard and semi-luxury amenities. All the air-conditioned double rooms and family rooms are equipped with hot/cold water and cable TV, and are overlooking the Indian Ocean. Most of the rooms come with private balcony.
