Location

This is a large agritourism property comprising some very attractive villas and cottages, completely immersed in the beauty of the fields and woodlands of the Mount Subasio natural park. It is set between streams, springs of mineral water and woodlands as well as the many cultivated fields of an organic farm. Guests will find restaurants 500 m away and bars, nightspots, shops and links to the public transport network are all nearby in Assisi (10 km). Subasio Park offers skiing and a cross country ski run. It is 15 km to Spello, 25 km to Perugia, 40 km to Gubbio and 65 km to Spoleto. Perugia Airport is 25 km away and it is 95 km to Ancona Airport.

Facilities

The holiday village was built in 1895. Guests have a choice of 4 apartments and 34 double rooms.
