Description

Badesi is a quiet little town located between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura. Its coastline is characterized by 8 kms unspoilt white sandy beach and turquoise sea water. The area is lush and green with aromatic Mediterranean vegetation. The complex is within walking distance of the town centre. Badus is divided into 2 apartment complexes, each one with a series of terraced 2 storey buildings located around the swimming pool. A restaurant and a bar are located between the 2 apartment complexes. Apartments are located on the ground and first floor and all have their own entrance. Some apartments have pool view.
All the apartments are very nicely furnished with kitchenette (equipped with crockery and cutlery), TV, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, microwave, bathrooms with shower, furnished patio or balcony and all are provided with Wi-Fi connection.
The reception desk is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. In the residence there is an unattended outdoor car park; swimming pool, a children's playground, bocce/pétanque court, barbecue (common use) with picnic area, room with satellite TV, token laundromat, Wi-Fi internet connection. Final clenaning is included (the kitchenette is guest's responsibility, otherwise a 50 € surcharge will be applied).
DEPOSIT: €150.00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
PAYABLE SERVICES: booking of excursions, shopping centre with panoramic bar/restaurant and several stores.
In Badesi (200 mt) there are shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and tourist medical service. Public shuttle bus to the beach at scheduled times. At the beach: wind surf lessons, beach umbrellas, sun beds and beach equipment for hire (by local providers).
Distance from the beach: 2.5 km from Li Junchi beach and 3 Km from Li Mindi beach where you will find a wide outdoor unguarded parking area for the guests of the residence. (Distance from the beach 200–300 mts).

Situated in the small village of Badesi in northern Sardinia, the Badus hotel offers comfortable self-catering accommodation that provides an attractive base to explore the many stretched of white sands and small coves that are dotted around the northern coastline of the island. Each of the 60 air-conditioned apartments comes with a kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge, microwave and all that is needed to prepare meals onsite. This is a peaceful little village complex in the Gallura region, with a spectacular panorama of the Gulf of Asinara, making it an ideal refuge for those seeking peace and tranquillity. The hotel is located just 2 Km from Li Mindi Beach. The property is also approximately 150 m from the centre of the village of Badesi and within 200 to 400 m of the bank, a pharmacy and a news stand, as well as various bars and shops. The long white sandy beaches (approximately 2.5 km away at most) are reachable by various access points leading onto the beaches of Pirottu, Poltu di lu Calboni, Li Junchi and Li Mindi.||The village complex consists of 30 one- or two-storey, finely furnished townhouses. The establishment has a garden with a barbecue area, a children's playground and private parking.||The village complex provides convenient rooms.||The hotel has a bocce field.

Check-in from 5 pm to 8 pm. If arrival is after 8 pm, the guest needs to inform the property by contacting +39 079684467. For any arrivals after 12 am, guests will be accommodated only the next day, with a supplement of €50. Check-out is by 10 am.
