Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

All kids under 18 years old are welcome, they can book a reservation on their own but with another adult 18 years old or over.

A kid under 18 years old can book with a family if family members are 18 years or more.
