This hotel is situated directly on the impressive cliffed coastline, overlooking the sea. Playa Jardin Beach lies just 10 minutes' walk away and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz is some 2 km away and can easily be reached by the regular hotel bus service (no service available on Sundays and public holidays).

The resort was modernised in 2024. The resort has 153 rooms, which are located on 18 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service.
