**Villa Venere** is located in the area of Valderice, at the foot of the mountain on the top of which there is the town of Erice. The property is located in a panoramic position overlooking the surrounding countryside. The sea and the beaches are about 4 km away. Trapani and Palermo airports are 40 and 60 km away, respectively.

Check-in time must always be reported in advance, over the phone or by email.

This villa has been recently built in a modern and linear style and is surrounded by a lovely garden. The building is arranged over two levels.

The pool is surrounded by a cosy, furnished solarium.

A private, unattended car park is also available for guests.

-3 Bedroom Villa: a bright living room with large windows overlooking the garden, a dining area, a relaxation area, a study corner, a kitchen with a covered veranda, a bathroom and a laundry room on the ground floor. The first floor, connected via a comfortable staircase, houses two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, covers an area of 50sqm. On the same floor, there are also a relaxation corner and a reading corner accommodating up to two people with a comfortable double sofa bed.

The villa has bathrooms with shower and a hair dryer, a kitchen, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a TV, an iron, a washing machine, and is equipped air conditioning.
