Begin your tour with a stop in Santa Maria el Tule, where you have the chance to witness the wonder of the 2,000-year-old El Tule tree. This enormous tree girth measures over 58m, and stands over 40m tall! It is one of the biggest and oldest trees in the world.



We will visit the Zapotec weavers town, Teotitlan del Valle. Watch this impressive craft, as weavers use ancestral techniques to make and paint the rugs, most of them are personal designs and also imitations of famous artists.



Next, a stop at the archaeological zone of Mitla is a must, this city has the most important architectural evolution achievement and Mitla means “place of the dead”. With the extraordinary decoration of borders on the walls, it is actually one of the five magic towns in Oaxaca. What´s more, enjoy a visit to a Mezcal Factory where you will learn about the process and enjoy shots of different mezcal flavours that they offer.



Finish with a visit to Hierve el Agua, where you will have the chance to take a dip in the famous petrified waterfalls.
