Program details
We leave early in the morning to the Peninsula Valdes Provincial Reserve. After an hour's journey we arrive at Puerto Pirámides, where we board (optional) a boat for whale watching (between June and December) or sea lions and cormorants (between January and March). During the months of April and May there will be no sailing in Puerto Piramides. Then we go to the Estancia San Lorenzo, a traditional cattle ranch to have lunch (not included) comprised of a typical Patagonian lamb barbecue. You will then have the opportunity to visit the reserve of Magellanic penguins (internal excursion to San Lorenzo, entrance fee not included), located 7 kms from the center of the ranch. We visit Punta Norte reserve where, beginning in December, we observe sea lions and possibly orcas. On the way back we stop at the Isthmus Carlos Ameghino, where we visit the interpretation center.
