Come and experience an architectural and mechanical marvel of modern man with a tour of the Itaipu Dam in the Iguassu region of Brazil. During construction in the 1970s and 80s, the Itaipu Hydroelectric Dam was regarded as a pharaonic work, the fruit of the megalomaniac commanders ruling Brazil in those years.
