Discover the variety of wonders in and around the colourful city of Valparaiso. This tour takes you to all of the most interesting sites within the city, as well as its neighbouring resort, Viña del Mar. It is the ideal sightseeing route for getting to know the area and even for learning some of the highly interesting history behind its most important landmarks.

The tour begins by delving deep into Valparaiso. You first head towards the beautiful district of Playa Ancha, where we find the astounding Chile Naval Academy. Continue then by passing through the most picturesque 19th century districts. Here we see renowned constructions such as La Matriz Church, Echaurren Square and the splendorous Governor’s Palace. Make you way then to the commercial heart of the city: Plaza Victoria, the heart of Valparaiso and the city’s main square.

The second part of the tour continues along Manuel Montt Avenue towards the Congress Building and then drives you along the breath-taking coastal route. During this drive towards the seaside resort of Viña del Mar, marvel at the incredible houses that dot the residential area.

In Viña del Mar, contemplate the famous Flower Clock and visit other sites such as Wolf Caste, the Presidential Villa and the magnificent Casino built in the 1930s. Enjoy a stop at Oceanic Rock for the best vantage point of the surrounding area. To wrap the day up, chill out in a local eatery and savour Chile’s traditional aperitif drink: Pisco Sour
