Browse the adjacent local handicraft centre to pick up a special souvenir and observe expert craftsmen up close as they work. Prepare to be amazed when you visit the National Orchid Garden, the main attraction of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, which sits on the highest hill in Singapore. Witness the staggering collection of more than 60,000 pretty orchid plants and more than 400 different species. End your half-day excursion with a trip to the delightful neighbourhood of Little India, where the scent of joss sticks, jasmine and spices will leave you feeling enchanted. Later you will roam through the world’s very first night safari, a stunning imitation of a variety of natural habitats in the heart of Singapore. On this tour you will be able to see fearsome predators alongside other jungle critters under night’s mysterious veil. Join the ride and plunge into the wild.


Begin the tour by becoming acquainted with your eloquent guide, who will share all the most interesting facts and did-you-knows about the safari. Then, alongside your guide, hop onto the Tram that will be your ride for the night and delve into the 40 hectares of secondary jungle. Admire how dramatically the tropical jungle unfolds at dusk.


Singapore’s Night Safari contains a myriad of nocturnal critters, from the big-fanged scary ones to the smaller and more timid ones. Spot every one of them under the magical moonlight thanks to your guide’s well-trained eye. Your comfortable Tram will take you in absolute safety through the park’s East and West Loop.


Along the way, you will pass by a huge reservoir and swerve in, out and around a selection of natural habitat replicas. The spaces are so well taken care of you’ll easily forget you’re in Singapore and might think yourself deep in the Asian jungle. Some of the imitation environments you’ll roll through include the Himalayan foothills, the Southeast Asia rainforests and the Indian subcontinent.


After finishing the ride, your guide will take you along a walking trail where you will see some of the animals upfront. It is going to be a wild night!
