Cross over to dark side with a two hour tour getting to know Edinburgh’s tales of murders, witch burning and bloody events. Discover the corners of the city where these events took place and find yourself off the beaten path in some of the most curious nooks and crannies. Your guide will accompany you from the Royal Mile over the North Bridge, also known as ‘Devil’s Bridge’, to two of New Town’s spookiest cemetaries. The first is a private cemetary belonging to Parliament House Hotel and the second, the most famous, the Calton where you’ll find the philosopher David Hume’s tomb. Before this, we make our way up Calton Hill for some of the best views over Edinburgh by night.
