Many decades ago, tango developed in the silence of secrecy and under the shadow of bans, for many condemned its sensuality. In our day and age, however, tango has become practically a trademark of Argentine romance and is considered the essence of the magnificent city of Buenos Aires.

Joining this tour is like stepping into a time warp that transports you back to the very original tango houses. Visit the infamous Tango House and Restaurant, an iconic building that embodies all the characteristics of Argentine urban culture during the Forties.

This tour begins by picking you up at your hotel lobby to then transport you to an evening of ardour and passion. As you step into the luxurious establishment, you are invited to sit down and feast on a hearty dinner served with some of the very best Argentine wine around. After you have eaten to your heart’s content begins the second part of the evening, the truly magical one: lie back, relax, order another drink and prepare to enjoy the thrilling strums of a live orchestra and, of course, the epicurean beauty of a live tango dance.
