Start the morning wandering through Florence’s 2,000 years of history, learning all about the facts and secrets that bind this city together. Your expert guide will show you passed a 15th century palace, the picture postcard Ponte Vecchio and through the famous Uffizi courtyard to the architectural wonder that is Brunelleschi’s Dome. After a whirlwind 90 minute exploration of the city, you can sit down to enjoy a typical lunch of pizza or pasta before embarking on your journey through Chianti.


We will take a five hour scenic tour through the Tuscan wine region of Chianti during which you will visit the characteristic fortress and town of Monteriggioni, where there are some of the best preserved city walls in Italy. After a journey through the picturesque rolling hills and cypress trees, you’ll embark on a guided tour of the wine cellars and sit down to sample some of the locally produced wines, complemented by Italian cold meats and bruschetta. The perfect taster of Tuscany!
