Test your nerves in the birthplace of Colombian rock climbing with an adventure through Suesca. Surrounded by spectacular scenery of the Rocas de Suesca, and your friendly expert guide on hand, your Colombian escapade starts here.


You will be picked up from your hotel which will take you to where the adventure begins. Walk through amazing mountain scenery towards the Valley of the Hawks, a lesser known place from where incredible views over the famous Rocas de Suesca and the Tominé Dam unfold before your eyes. These dramatic cliffs, 4km long, spectacularly jut out of the Earth creating one of the best locations and atmospheres for rock climbing; and on this tour you’ll get to experience this first hand. Along the walk, a natural grotto called Chocoancia, 400 metres in size, will reveal itself to you. Enter the cave with your helmet and headlamp to discover a forgotten world with nature at its purest. Armadillos and bats amongst other animals inhabit the cave, so you won’t be alone!

To complete the adventure you rappel down three water wells, navigating through tight sections and a wooden bridge in an unforgettable experience amongst unforgettable scenery. You’ll feel like a true explorer once you have reached the ground and you’ll have tested your nerves against the dramatic drops. At the end of the adventure, you’ll be dropped off at your hotel in Bogota, where you can rest your feet and reflect on your day’s achievements.
