Start/opening time: 1- Macy's 111 – Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 11am to 6pm ( closed on Christmas day, Thanksgiving Day and Easter). 2- John Hancock Observatory – Daily from 9am to 11pm (Occasionally closed for private events).
