You will visit the battlefield with the historical Watch Guard No. 1, the ruins of garrison and an interesting outdoor exhibition presenting 7 days of heroic defence of Westerplatte.

Set off your cruise to face the history of the site where World War 2 begun. Our local guide will introduce you to the history of Westerplatte Peninsula, learn about Westerplatte Military Transit Depot and the secret preparations to the war, the course of the battle as well as the mysteries associated with this heroic place. You will visit the battlefield with the historical Watch Guard No. 1, the ruins of garrison and an interesting outdoor exhibition presenting 7 days of heroic defence of Westerplatte.

Sightseeing includes admission to the museum, guiding service and cruise tickets. Booking should be made no later than 24 hours before the planned start. Starting time can be set individually with customer upon request. Alternative transport may be provided on rainy days.

Meeting/ pick-up point: If the client wants to be picked up at the hotel must call 24 h before to confirm pick up time, otherwise de departure point is at the Polish Maritime Museum, 67 Szeroka Street and fron 1st Dec 2013 at 2 SW JANA street.
