Travel the world in a day with an entertaining and educational tour of Zoo Miami, the only tropical wildlife park in the United States



In the space of a few hours, you will have visited the savannah of Africa, the rainforests of Asia, the Amazonian jungle, the Australian outback and, of course, the swamps of Florida to meet the more than 2,000 animals that call the zoo home. See orang-utans, flamingos, kangaroos, anacondas, bats, and much more.



Take part in animal encounters, ride a camel and meet the keepers during scheduled talks throughout the day. And if you need to take a break, there are four cafés and an excellent souvenir shop.



The zoo has been laid out and planted with more than 1,200 plants and trees, designed to mimic the animal's natural habitats. There are sections and enclosures dedicated to species as well as daily shows at the Sami Amphitheater.



Start off at the African exhibits and see the crocodile feeding station; venture to Asia and see a Malaysian sun bear; head down under to the Australian area and see the New Guinea singing dogs or Komodo dragons and admire the awesome pink flamingos, one of Florida’s most visible symbols.

Exploring the zoo has never been easier thanks to the all-day monorail pass. See the animals from above as you weave your way through the copies and admire the park from a bird´s eye view. With stations in each of the continents, and an unlimited amount of rides, it offers a fast and comfortable way to get from one side of the park to the other. The air-conditioned and wheelchair friendly monorail provides a refreshing and relaxing way to experience the zoo, especially on those sizzling summer days!



Get dizzy with unlimited rides round and around the Wildlife Carousel. This 36-foot, wooden carousel, features 2 beautiful chariots and 30 hand-carved animals, some of which represent endangered species, including a cheetah, rhinoceros, and a baby gorilla.



What´s more, with the Value Package, you will receive one animal feeding session. Take a pick from a choice of 5 friendly and amazing animals. Do you want to come face-to-face with a gigantic giraffe? You will be in awe as it wraps it´s enormous18-inch tongue around the food your holding. What about a majestic Indian rhino, a dromedary camel, a giant tortoise, or even the birds in the aviary. No matter your preference, you will enjoy a magical feeding session that will create memories that will last a lifetime!
