Zoom along the desert trails of the Potrerillos Valley on this exhilarating 4-hour mountain bike adventure from Mendoza, including hotel pick-up. After a scenic drive from the city, set out on a 2-hour 6-mile (10km) guided trail, pedaling around lakes and mountains; gliding past natural springs and rocky ravines; then stopping to view the dramatic Potrerillos Dam.

There is no experience necessary and all equipment is included, with trails suitable for both beginners and experienced thrill-seekers.



The Potrerillos Valley is known for its craggy, desert-like terrain, making it the ideal landscape to go for a bike ride. After pickup at your Mendoza hotel, head out of the city by minivan for a 4-hour trip into the Andes and a fun morning of biking and exploring.



Follow your guide along numerous trails on a trip tailored to suit the experience and fitness of the group — the ride can be adapted to suit both the expert and the beginner. Be ready to be awed by the scenery in the Potrerillos Valley. Ride down into ravines and up craggy mountains. Cruise around deep blue lakes. Visit caves and natural springs. Get a look at the 1,296-foot-long (395-m) Potrerillos Dam on the Mendoza River. Then enjoy some revitalizing granola.



The 2-hour ride, covering about 6 miles (10 km) of trails, is a fun and exciting way to see the natural scenery outside of Mendoza.
