Program details

This spectacular tour is ideal for first-time visitors to this incredible city, as you will explore the best of Rome, and finding your bearings. Enjoy a stroll along the streets of the Jewish Quarter, one of Rome’s most characteristic and beautiful neighbourhoods, brimming with history and with a real Roman atmosphere. Rome’s Jewish Quarter is the second oldest in Italy, after Venice, and it truly is the heart and soul of authentic Roman cuisine!

Located just a stone´s throw from the Jewish Quarter, in the heart of Piazza Mattei, you will find the Fontana delle Tartarughe (the Turtle Fountain), one of the prettiest fountains in Rome.

Continue towards Piazza delle Rotonda where you will admire the majestic Pantheon - the best-preserved Roman temple - and learn about the millennial history of this monument. The Pantheon at night is definitely a site worth seeing, beautifully illuminated, and away from the bustling crowds.

Rome is famous for its fountains, and most notable, the Trevi Fountai, an incredible fountain, designed by Italian architect Nicola Salvi in the 18th Century. Further to its impressive architecture and history this roman fountain raised its popularity by becoming the set for the famous Fellini movie, "La Dolce Vita". Don´t forget to close your eyes and throw a coin over your right shoulder straight into the fountain: rumor has it that if you do, your will come back to Rome someday, for sure!

Next, make your way towards Piazza di Spagna, one of the city’s most popular piazze (squares), located at the bottom of the iconic Spanish Steps. Climb Rome´s most famous staircase and make the most out the lovely views from the top!

After an intense and gratifying walk, sit down and relax with a tasty and refreshing Gelato.
